Returns During COVID-19
Due to the government guidelines that have been issues in the UK, our offices are closed but we remain open for business.
For this reason, we kindly ask that customers do not dispatch any items back to us for return.
Instead, we ask that customers get in touch with us if you would like to return anything you have bought, so that we can arrange dispatches for your returns after the government have issued new guidelines, to ensure the safety of both our customers and our staff.
We appreciate your co-operation during this difficult time.
Here at Vital Herb, we take the utmost care to inspect everything we send out. This ensures that you receive the highest quality products, and so that nothing gets damaged whilst it’s on its way to you.
Sometimes though, mistakes and damages do happen.
Before returning any items, please get in touch with our customer services team, who can discuss the nature of any problems you might have with you.
Once an order has been dispatched, you can return it at any time within 14 days. Products must be unopened, and any seals must be intact.
If a returned item does not meet these criteria, then we will not be able to accept it or provide a refund, as we can no longer guarantee the purity of the product.
Each product will have a Best Before date on the packaging, which gives you the optimal window in which to use it.
